The below information is a list of transportation resources available that can assist students with disabilities with getting around the CSU Campus and the Fort Collins community.
ADA/Medical Parking Permit
All CSU parking permits are handled directly through the Transportation office. When you go to their website and navigate to the parking permit page, you should be able to select, “I’m a student,” and then select, “I am interested in ADA or medical parking accommodations. This will provide more information on how to obtain an ADA parking permit on campus.
TransFort Bus Routes
CSU and Trans fort have partnered to provide many exciting options for access to, from, and around campus. Transfort is the official bus transit service of the city of Fort Collins. all students may ride any of the local routes throughout the city for free. The Lory Student Center houses the Campus Transit Center (opens in a new window) with connections to most Transfort routes in Fort Collins.
Around the Horn Campus Shuttle>
Around the Hon is a cross-campus shuttle system designed to help CSU students, faculty, staff, and visitors get across campus quickly and conveniently. Around the Horn currently provides 10-minute service across campus from 6:54 a.m. – 6:32 p.m. Monday – Friday with 20-minute service on Saturdays.
Disability Courtesy Shuttle
CSU provides a supplemental, first-come, first-served Courtesy Shuttle for students with an eligible permanent ambulatory disability. The shuttle runs 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to and from residence halls, designated parking areas, and proximity pick-up locations near Main Campus buildings not immediately adjacent to the Transfort ADA compliant bus routes.

UCA Shuttle
CSU Transportation’s Fleet Services operates a courtesy shuttle to help students get from main campus to the University Center for the Arts (UCA). The UCA Shuttle operates from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one shuttle currently in service.
Dial-a-Ride
Dial-A-Ride provides door-to-door paratransit service designed to provide transportation for individuals, who because of a disability, are prevented from using the Transfort fixed route system. To use Dial-A-Ride service, customers must complete an eligibility application and receive certification from Transfort’s Dial-A-Ride program.
