Purpose

The purpose of this form is for the community to provide input and proposals for possible future projects relating to or creating awareness of miscellaneous aspects of accessibility on and off campus.

We; The students of CDSA; pledge to listen to the community’s issues relating, but not limited to:

Barriers, inaccessibility, inconveniences and awareness surrounding disability.

Criteria

All proposals must contain the following:

• Visuals – Relevant graphs, charts, or images that represent and support the proposal.
• Budget outline – Can be conveyed through charts/visuals.
• Evidence that the project(s) will be effective.
• Resources used.

Expectations

A required casual QnA session is required. This is an opportunity for the members of CDSA to inquire into the details and determine if any adjustments are necessary before moving forward.

The proposing party will be responsible for determining and relaying a proposed budget for any physical projects, etc.

Proposing party must provide invoices or receipts to CDSA.
