Dear SDC Student Community,

Our office has received inquiries from students and families regarding recent executive actions and legislative updates from the federal government and whether they impact the ability for students with disabilities to access, receive, and utilize accommodations. Currently, these actions have no impact on accommodations or other civil rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

The SDC will always be committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and ensuring they have equal access to all programs, facilities, services, and resources offered by CSU. Please continue to utilize your accommodations. If you encounter any disability-related barriers or issues with your accommodations, contact our office as soon as possible so we can provide support.
